Looking for a video (police, camera, wallop type)

I'm trying to find a video that's been on one of the Road War Camera Action Cops Crash Death shows, where the police car on the way to a crash ends up sitting behind a white Metro, which completely ignores them... and ends up ploughing into the back of the stationary traffic. Any help would be appreciated...

What is wrong with the metro driver? Failing to notice a high speed jam sandwich with big fking flashing lights and a loud siren right on his bootlid, then also failing to notice a huge line of stationary traffic in front?
Do these people buy their driving licences or something

Oddly enough that scene is one that really sticks in my mind from all of the traffic cop programs. Can't help thinking the driver of the Metro must have been either asleep or drunk/drugged to fail to notice the copper behind and the traffic in front.

Right outside Slough sewage works, wouldn't like the clean up job with that smell around.
