i can only guess thst you mean a 'vert' or convertible e46m3.

CSLs are neither convertible or alternatives to 135i or vw golfs or pink micra verts

Looks like a nice enough car, spec looks quite good, service history looks to all be there. If you're worried about SMG issue then put a Comprehensive BMW Insured warranty on it, a sit's just under 60K miles it should still be reasonable priced, if the cars actually done more than 60K miles the comprehensive warranty will jump up in price.

Price looks a little strong, and it's not done many miles since the last service in 2011, I'd be lookibng into this a little more closely.

if the first service stamp for run in service is at 2,200 is that an immediate walk away?

i tested a different car yesterday and all service stamps are there but the run-in service is at 2,200 miles.

is that alarm bells all round or ok?

will come with 6 months warranty.

You will get folk telling you to walk but in reality it matters not one jot.

If the car was younger and under warranty from BMW then there may be issues with them authorising some work but given the age of these cars buy on condition, service history and provenance.
