I am now in possession of our free bbq tickets for The Fairmile Arms, Cobham. The landlord said that they are now expecting 600+ cars from the surrounding car clubs and the local ITV cameras will be there to film the event.

We met up with the Corvette club at the Cranleigh Show and they will be there too along with Porsche, Jags and some rare exotica.

See you on Wednesday.

Looks promising:

Here's hoping for dry roads tonight. If the liquid sunshine joins us, take it easy people.

What a mega turnout! Thanks to you all for coming to see us last night. The distance award winner was tallbloke, dropping in from Leeds.

The mini Wedge-fest and Cerb gatherings were excellent. Nice to see so many outer-Surrey members joinig us. See you all at the Barbie (by which time I hope the weather gets its act in order).

All the best,

Steve.

Top night ..even the weather was putting on a top show for us .. torential rain / flash floods / hail / clear sunny cloudless skies ... in in the spaces of a few hours.

And topless TVR's .. for a while (until that down pour) - still the goldfish in the footwell liked it

9 wedges .. these old cars keep getting better (and faster)

Can't wait for the free bbq... Friday week.

You missed the rainbow then? Hopefully my Chimaera rainbow pictures will work out.

Thanks Nick, Steve and I had a blast too!. If you need more details on the Le Surrey Run, take a look at the e-group as there are numerous bits of info on there. Failing that give me a call.
Glad you had fun!.
See you at the bbq,
Karen

Steve's arty shots are very good. We'll attack the website tonight.
