The HT leads managed to work themself loose on 2 of the front 3 spark plugs whilst on track at the weekend. The small holding down bolt had pulled out, taking the threaded insert piece with it. Has anybody else experienced this? Whats the best method to re-secure these into the engine? Just some form of glue?

No, he means the insert has pulled out, not the bolt......

One of my front ones is a little loose too but it's never actually come off.

i just used some loctite and pressed it back in and left for a while. Make sure you dont over tighten when putting them back in or itll happen again!

Something like loctite 603 should sort it - high strength and oil resistant.
