I was looking for a website where I could post my CV to be rated free of charge but with not much result...does anybody know one?
Would any of you be interested to read it and give me some advice?
Main problem is that it's now 5 pages long and I can't see a way of reducing it without throwing some of the jobs out...
Should I list all of them or just last 4 let's say?

I wouldn't let just anybody rate your CV; they need to be people involved in recruiting for the roles you're interested in. And they don't tend to hang about rating sites as they're busy rating CVs for potential employees!
(sorry couldn't resist) valid point taken - so any experts recruiting for sign industry...5 pages?! Blimey - as said never more than 2 pages. As you get further back in your career massively reduce the detail. IMO employers are only interested in the most recent few years, unless you have some older stuff especially relevant to the role you're applying to. The oldest jobs I've just put position held, dates and company name.
Another trick I found to save space is if you have references on there... just replace them with a line saying 'references available on request'. This is pretty common practice these days.
Consider removing the most junior education parts of your CV, for example if you have a degree it will be a given you've got A levels and GCSE / O Levels. If you've got a 5 page-long CV these aren't likely to be relevant any more.

I am currently "between jobs" and have had my CV looked at by 2 professional people who each suggested a few minor tweeks etc.
When I went to sign on the Jobcentre ripped it to shreds.
So who do I beleive?
Two professional guys who work in the recruitment industry of a civil servant how has probably never had to apply for a job in the commercial sector in her life?
The fact is that my current CV has gotten me a few decent interviews recently so it can't be that bad.
As above, 2 or 3 pages max.
Loose some of the older less relevent stuff or at least loose some of the detail and just list the job title.
