Astonish Metal Cleaner

As the title says; has anyone tried Astonish as an alternative to stuff like Solvol Autosol for metal cleaning?

For chrome I think it will be too abrasive - on stainless might be OK but it will take the edge off a fully polished surface - possibly OK on `brushed` finish. Aluminium comes up well, but will need repeating pretty often. I like their stuff & it`s all we use at home, find the `stainless steel` spray excellent on my alloy wheels with the usual paint coating. It`s a Yorkshire firm & I think they`d be helpful over the phone with specific enquiries.
