Mk2 Rear Windscreen - wind noise?

Does anyone know if the larger Mk2 rear, fitted to a Mk1, reduces the wind noise / whistling on the colder/wetter days when the roof has to stay on?

Mine drives me mad, and I replaced all the seals around it to no avail.

If it helps, I don't get any wind noise/whistling from the rear screen on my mk2. The a-posts however....

No wind noise from mine but as Simon says a little fluttering noise from the rear of the door windows when closed - so I leave them down.

I don't get any wind noise but I do get a little squeaking noise from it but as soon your up to speed it's just the sweet sound of the straight six So I just live with it !!

Had the same; a bit of silicone spray on the rear rubber seal will instantly eliminate the squeaking. Nice 'n easy.
