CISSP or studying for CISSP?

Hi All

I'm looking for some recommendations for prep courses for CISSP. I have the books at home, but I might now have the chance to go on a course. There are loads around. Has anyone taken either of the following:

IT Security Training
Net Security Training

I can't comment on the courses but I have found the CISSP Certification all in one guide by Shon Harris to be pretty good.

One of these days I may even get around to sitting the paper!

I've got the Shon Harris book - it is good. I would also like any comments from anyone that has actually attended any of the courses.
