After 3 years of R8 ownership (two v8 and one v10) i decided to change the machine and get something maybe a bit more comfortable but still sporty.

I like to have your general opinion of these cars, if you own any of please let me know what your experience has been so far.

- Maserati GT
- BMW M6
- Mercedes C63 AMG
- Jag XKR 5.0

Or would you suggest i get something else ?

fair enough if your bored but why trade down in my opinion

- Maserati GT - devalue like a lead weight, iffy build quality
- BMW M6 - the great pretender of an M5
- Mercedes C63 AMG- boring to look at
- Jag XKR 5.0 - as old as the hills, will break down, whiff of the golf club

Thanks for the feedback tbc. yes, it looks like a downgrade but where do you go from an R8 . Although i love F430 and lambos , i dont think they would be ideal daily drivers.

keep the R8 and get an RS4 Avant as a daily driver

At this price level you have a LOT of options, nice position to be in

F430 is hardly a harsh ride.
