Spotted lots of TVRs

Approx 65-70 TVR "S"s in a carpark at TVR Silverstone yesterday

And approx 50 in a convoy around the local villages

Just to let you other boys know we had a great day at "S" Club Heaven

The was only 2 owners with BEARDS...

Not a set of golf Clubs in sight...

Everyones starter motor worked first time (even when hot)...

We could have the roof off, no sweltering cabin...

Not even a mention of Speed Six, or rebuilds...

But there was a lot of people looking under bonnets trying to find their 2 missing Pistons...

A great day was had by all...

I went out later in the afternoon 4pm - 5:30pm around that way, only saw one Greem Chim on the A5 and a Crystal Topaz Tuscan on the A43/A421.

Thought I might see somebody at the Green Man but it was almost empty.

Did see a US Police Highay Patrol Cruiser though.....

I went back on the the A43/A421 so must have just missed you. I saw the Tuscan and also a white Wedge.

The Tuscan left about 10 mins before me and Joolz in griff and V8S respectively. Shame we didn't see you, we went for a bite to eat before splitting up, you could've joined us.

It's a Ford Jim, but not as we know it.....

Although nice to see the clean ones, it did mean that 60 of us kept our bonnets firmly shut! Even the 4.3BV Griff needed sunglasses to view the engine.

We escaped during the hoon and did a big circle round Towcester via Blakesley, I used to live in Blisworth and end up in Stoke Bruerne - where it pelted down - quick run back down the canal (well tow path) to put the roof up.

How did the voting go, did it get nasty in the "is it an S1 or an S2" votes.

there were quite a few serious engines on display - meaning that I kept my bonnet firmly shut for the duration!
