Tuscan weight

So what does a standard Tuscan (or S) actually weight with say half a tank of fuel. Putting aside the claims, anybody got a factual reading for this?

jusr reading an old road test on one and it said 1100kg.

Mine at full tank is 1180kg certified, TVR wasn't lying about the weight that's for sure !

I believe the OP is after REAL measured weights, not quoted weights.

For example;
97 Cerb 4.5 1225kg with 20-25 litres
05 T350c 3.6 1115kg with 20 litres

Both at MIRA weighbridge No driver. Both figures very very good for the size/power of the cars.

Edit; I'm sure "Noisy's" Tuscan came in at 1080kg, which I questioned at the time, but from our T350 result, actually seems plausible?

Hi - just to check that was without driver etc? On the basis that a litre of fuel is 0.711kg, that would mean a half full Tuscan would come in at about 1160kg.

(I'm assuming that TVR's 1100kg referred to totally dry of fluids + a variable level of artistic licence )
