Rybrook Head Office Contact?

I have had several issues with my local Rybrook Jaguar dealer - parts incorrectly fitted, fixings missing, dirty marks (I mean mud, oil and dust ) on the dash, carpets and seats and the latest issue - scuffs to the leather. Although they accept responsibility without arguement and take remedial action it is really galling! I want to take the matter up with someone at the Head Office but the websites all refer me back to Chester. Can anyone let me have an email or phone contact at Head Office?

besides which, i think it goes without saying that you should find another garage to use next time. and let them know that you will be taking your business elsewhere too!

Thanks for your posts. I don't intend going back once the leather scuffs have been sorted. I am still fuming over their casual attitude and I am tempted to write to Jaguar. The strange thing is that almost everyone else that I have come into contact with regarding the Jaguar treats it with utmost respect, reverence almost, something special.... but the main agent sees it as just another car.....

i'm surprised this hasn't fallen foul of name & shame... however i too have had issues with these idiots, and the latest of which has cost them £5k to put right. I am about to write to their head office to let them know, just in case it gets swallowed up into that branch's P&L
