Terraclean. Snakeoil?
Discussion
Just watched the Wheeler Dealers Jaaaaaag episode and Edd used something called Terraclean to clean/de-carbon the engine with what looked like pretty decent results.
Anyone used it?

Had my X3 2.0d (and engine which suffers from all sorts of coke and gunk problems). It had issues with throttle response and if you held the engine at around 2k revs (say around a roundabout) and tried to accelerate the car would do nothing.
Terracleaned yesterday at Xavier Auto Clinic in Hammersmith. Cost me £100 after I had been quoted £1600 by another BMW Indy for a full de-coke (a grand of which was just labour). Two hours later I had a car that has never performed better. Really impressed with it, the owner of the garage was singing it's praises and I wish I had £20k to by a couple of machines, stick them in a van and do mobile cleaning myself.
I personally think anyone buying a car thats 'older' should get it Terracleaned as a first stop to improving the car.
