I want to know what people's e experience is in general? Also what would you want to see?

Honestly?

They smell divine. Even if I'm not really hungry just the smell of a burger van makes me want one
Looks are relatively unimportant - ditto (perceived) hygeine, surprisingly.

What I want to see is a clear and simple price list, a choice of drinks that are either piping hot or freezing cold - lukewarm coffee and tepid coke are a big let down - and sauce bottles that don't have a weeks' worth of dried up residue around the nozzle.

So in a reasonable good "lay by" what are the costs to the local council?
6 am to 3 pm.
6 days a week.
And what could be the expected profit ?

There's a "Burger van" wiki in the Biker Banter forum. Similar to the "good restaurants" wikis here, but for the purveyors of fine portable meals.

What would I like a see? A slightly higher meat content in the burgers would be a good place to start...

And food cooked on something other than a carbonised metal plate with months of grease burnt on! There should be pulled pork, BBQ meats, crispy bacon and mot he soggy rind-on water-filled crap they serve now!
