DBS Volante, how are they wearing?

I am close to returning to the AM fold. A 2 year old DBS Volante is on my list. For those of you lucky enough to have been running this car for a while, how are they wearing? Are there any niggles that I should be ,looking for ?
Mileage is under 10 k and so hoping that the carbon ceramic brakes are good for a while yet. Am h.oping that despite Vanquish in the horizon that a car bought below 120 for this age will not suffer too many depreciation ravages.
Any advice and pointers appreciated.

Great upgrade route to go for! I went from a V8V to a DBS Volante (both with manual gearbox!) some 9 months ago, and did not regret it for one moment!
Typical things to watch for are:
- condens in rear lights (same for the V8V), can be fixed/replaced under warranty
- condens in the front windscreen (can be a nasty one, with my car, they completely had to replace the front screen)
- when manual, check for the "upgrade on customer complaint", after this, the gearbox will be smooth as butter, even when cold, and no more "peeping" noises (see other threads about this)
- check tyre wear (and look what brand tires are on it, original or not?)
- check possible wheel damage and let it be fixed as part of the deal
- really check the ceramic brakes very good (for rough/tough use, for balance at 100-120 km/h, for squeeking, etc) and get it fixed in the deal (afterwards you will regret this, since replacement/fixing is very very expensive!)
- check if all accesories are present (umbrella, chrystal ashtray, etc)
- try to negotiate 2012 map update for the satnav
- try to negotiate the "fuse 22 button" on the steering wheel column (see pics of this in other thread), the sound will amaze you every time!
- try to negotiate extended warranty (e.g. +2 years)
And of course check the cars background carefully (besides in the cars service documentation, you can look at www.autogespot.com, search on licese plate or DBS Volante with the right color, etc and see where it has been spotted, or just google on the license plate, etc).
In general it is a very high quality car, less issues than my V8V and even much less issues than my "regular" Audi.....
