Just signed up for the 200km Audax in 2 weeks. Is anybody else here doing it?
Never done an Audax ride before and this'll be my longest ever day buy about 50 miles. Any hit and tips on preparation?
If the weather is anything like today I think hydration will be the biggest challenge.

ked! Well in a lot of pain this morning, think I need to play with the bike fit as my right knee is killing me.
Previous longest day was London 2 Cambridge in July, which after riding home totalled just below 70 miles.
Preparation wasn't very exact, took just under a week off from riding and ate more than usual over the last few days to make sure I was well rested and fueled up.
In terms of training I'd done about 1400 miles since getting the bike in April. Including 50 milers most Sundays and the coast 2 coast in July.
