2 pin ignition module

I think mine has failed any idea of where to get the best deal on a new one, or should i think about some sort of upgrade kit?

What you ideally want is Lucas old stock DAB121. Modern day Lucas is not what it was. Unfortunately they are now few and far between but occasionally they appear on Ebay etc.

Failing that there are a few 2 pin (no make) on ebay.

They are 2 pin on one side and 3 the other normally.
Standard DAB118 if so.

Mines an early one, so two pins both sides

These were fitted to a number of cars back in the 80's/90's (Lucas 9EM). I used to find them on anything from Escort XR3i to austin metro's, most were the 3 pin one's but you just wire the two outer pins up if I remember correctly. I have a two pin one taken from a 35dlm8 distributor here if you still need one? It's been tested on a proper intermotor test kit and appears to be fully functional.
