Hello all, just had my c2 noted and have the following advisories:

Offside rear lower anti roll bar has slight play - where is the best plac to get one?

Near side and offside front to rear brake lines slightly corroded - where to get them?

Thanks in advance!

For the ARB (anti roll bar) it'll need a drop link, no more than £20-£30 even from Porsche I'd have thought. The front to rear brake lines will probably only be available from Porsche as a proper, formed and shaped correctly, part, but will probably be rather involved to fit. I'd want to know more (or see for myself) what they mean by "slight corrosion" - it could be that there's years left in them if they're cleaned up and protected (waxoyl?).

Thanks for the reply and will get the arb part anyway and as you say have a look at the brake lines and possibly clean them up over the winter.

Thanks once more.

Get them sorted/protected ASAP. I read an article some time back about how poor 996 brake pipes are at withstanding rot. The article stated that the pipes basically fell apart when removed.

To add insult to injury, I'm pretty sure the mag also stated that one/some of them are an engine or gearbox drop.
