Hmmmm. You know people can't post bad experiences on here. I've heard they do a lot of SOR stuff and the car prep rather reflects that.

Whilst I may be mistaken, I think that PH'er Zeb who posts on here recently bought his 997 turbo from them. Lovely car (if not as quick as my Spyder on the deserted back roads of France) and a pleasant transaction as I understood it. PM him, I'm sure he'll happily confirm details.

You have more mail.

I've bought two cars from him, my old 996C4S and my current 997 turbo. So far so good, although I've only had the turbo for just over two weeks.

In both cases I felt I'd paid a bit more than I should have, but the cars were the exact spec I wanted, low mileage and in good condition. On the C4S Mike at S&C noticed a water pump problem on the inspection for his maintenance plan, and Christopher paid for it with no niggles.

But, I've never understood why we can't post negatively or raise issues... surely the point of this forum is that we're all better informed, good and bad?

Have had an XK8 and an X5 from there in the past.

No problems whatsoever and would certainly buy from him again.

Chris is an OK guy and I've bought several cars from him over the years. All I would say, is get an independent inspection done prior to purchase & then negotiate.
