Sky audio keeps cutting out

Been happening to me on and off for a couple of weeks (HD box) and needs unplugging from the mains to get it back.

Also have a repeated problem where audio sync is out on many recordings (one clue it's going to happen being that the programme starts with a blue screen, no picture but with sound) and sometime seven on live programmes. Switching channels usually sorts that but for iffy recordings it often needs repeated backup-restart, rewind/fast-forwards or plug out!

Yeah, had a quite browse and it seems I'm not alone, but their doesn't appear to be a conclusive answer coming from Sky.

Sod it. I'm moving shortly. As good a time as ever to move to freesat/freeview and save £80 a month in the process.
