I have a 2002 Ford Fiesta Zetec-s. Yesterday in the hot weather I had the A/C on. It was on for about 25 minutes. When I got home I noticed both foot wells had water in them.

This is where the leak is coming from (Well the rough area)

So tonight I took it for another drive with the A/C on full blast for 20 minutes and it leaked again. The water is alomost clear. Its a bit murky as I tipped it from the mat which needs a clean.

Now I been told a few things. Two things that pop up a few times are the heater matrix and A/C drainage pipe.

I been told if its the matrix it might be the same colour as the water in the coolant tank. So I took a picture of the coolant tank using a torch to show the colour.

Now this is the water leaked onto the mat and tipped into a small tub.

I am not sure what to think it is so any ideas?

Cheers

tried to reply the other day mate but u know how this site never works too well. anyway sounds like the air con drain tubes on the air box housing are either kinked causing the a/c condensation to overflow out of the footwell vents or there damaged and so the condensation itsnt taking the route through the chassis tunnel as it should.
