Not looking to spend big bucks, hopefully less than £50. Any recommendations? Sealey, Liftmaster, Clarke.. no idea which is best. Any particularly good online sellers appreciated too. Thanks smile

I have the non-low profile version and it is more than adequate for DIY use.

I found my car too low for the Halfords jack I have - so I tend to start it off with the scissor jack ("widow maker") that comes in the car toolkit and then carry on with the other once once I've got it jacked up a bit. Not ideal but a solution without spending extra money on another jack! smile

Not sure how low you need the entry height to be, but the Costco 3t trolley jack is about as awesome a man-tool as you can get. About £75.

A mate and I used two "liftmaster" low profile jacks working on my Caterham at the weekend, and they were good. Do a search on eBay for them.

I've had the Liftmaster one for a few years, worked fine for occasional use on my lowered MINI smile
