Well, as I replaced my Throttle cable the other day ( that's an hour of being upside down I won't forget! ) and what an unbelievable difference that made!
But, thought I would pay a little homage to the shoe lace that got me home after the slight brown trousers moment on the M25 post taking a figurative whizz all over a gold M3... I mean, who flashes a TVR? Really.
The bits of the old cable that didn’t disintegrate on removal showed many years of very happy motoring so the new cable was drowned in GT85 with the ends sealed with Lithium Grease. And the pedal box was greased and the cam's... in fact pretty much anything that formed part of the fitting.
Oh, can't remember who said change the Felt in the window runners. But thanks! Passenger side still to-do but drivers flies up and down now.
