Bicycle pump recommendations

Can anyone recommend a decent tyre pump that will fit in a rucksack. The one I've got is useless (cheap tat off Ebay - lesson learned) Cheers

Another vote for Lezyne here. Nothing else comes close, for either looks or performance. Had a clear out in my garage today, and slung out a bunch of cheap pumps that hadn't lasted - I must have wasted AT LEAST as much cash on tat over the years as I eventually spent on my Lezyne Road Drive. You'll probably want something a bit shorter and fatter to stick in a pack/pocket, but there's a pump in the Lezyne range for everyone. The last thing you want to be doing is finding out your 'bargain' plastic pump isn't up to the job at the side of a wet/muddy road/trail with light fading fast - it's really not a pleasant experience.
