Dealers posting wanted ads in the for sale section?

Whats with dealers posting wanted or "Sold, more wanted" ads in the for sale section of the classifieds?

A lot of the ads are showing cars that were sold ages ago & dealers are just reposting them as "sold, more wanted" or simply "wanted".

I remember Henry F getting slated for this a while ago, is it now acceptable?
Its fking annoying if it is.
