Anyone going to goodwood trackday Saturday? I'll be their in the morning session. Really looking forward to it.

Yes, I'll be there, in the afternoon though, Cerbera is currently without MOT so I'll be in the Smart Roadster!, what you driving? I might need to get some insurance this time, the weather isn't looking too good either.

I'm driving a Citroen Xsara VTS - With all the interior stripped out.... Should be great fun (hopefully)

I went in the Audi R8 in the end, the Citroen Exhaust fell off ...DOH!

Had a fantastic time at goodwood ..... It was a bit scarey taking the R8 on the track for the first time, but was great.

However did have one really scarey moment when the instructor was in the car, a Citroen BX was trying a bit too hard in front of me and had a massive spin ..... Scared the bejesus out of me.

I can highly recommend the circuit it's great,really fast, and the instructor was brilliant.

Pete - you looked good out there and the R8 sounded awesome - I was stood by the chicane most of the day and when you gave it welly across the start/finish line, the hairs on the back of my neck stood up!

Great to actually see an R8 being driven properly!

Thanks rich..... Really enjoyed it, now I'm itching to drive on the track in the dry :-)

I loved that mclaren on the track as well..... That was a fantastic looking car,although burnt orange for me :-)
