After being there before with you guys, the videos show how much faster these cars got since the mods.

Love the flames.

Great footage, thanks for sharing, looks like Tux is going to need some heat proof tape before his green wrap melts hehe As Kevin said, if its going to step out at high speed, thats the place to do it, still I bet your arse was grabbing the seat biglaugh

its a epic circuit and Shaun has been a massive help , without his advice i would be a hell of alot slower , i have the on board video from my V-box system , i will put it up if i ever work out how to do it !!!

car has been superb so far and all the work done at spa was on low boost !!!!!!

Exporting a lap or two of the V-box data is simplicity itself, but give me a bell if you need any instructions. It will be very interesting to see it.

In car footage to me always looks slow & dour unless at the Ring. My camera is now installed outside the car on the lip in front of nearside air intake. Miles better with more sense of speed, action etc...
All Waffe & road cars were destroyed by the squadren of Nobles only SR8's & Porsche Cup Racing cars destroyed us smile

i,m not sure what time people expect around Spa , my best lap was a 2.57 on the V-box , but my best lap with all ther fastest sector times is 2.52 , but there is a element of safty built into my lap and my dodgey ability as well , had i stayed for the 2 days i,m convinced i could have gone quicker on the 2nd day but alas i had to come home . chasing times is dangerous and as Shaun ponits out we were pretty much the fastest Road cars there , its also quite difficult to get a totaly clear lap .

Who cares it was hardly Q1 quali for F1 now was it. Looked to be the fasted thing out there anyway if that's the measure of the day? Chasing times On track days is rarely productive.

On balance I should say I don't really go in for the whole "waffe culling" thing either. No matter how fast you think you or your car is there is always someone faster than you.

Off to Belgium in 2 weeks for a slightly slower self-powered marathon. Think I'm going to have a go at this Spa lark myself. I've no track day sump or LSD on a 5-speed GTO3 - is that going to be a problem over 1 lap, cool down and then kick off again?
