Ok here is one, I have a constant reading on Oil pressure Gauge over 90, there appears no problem no overhating, no oil leak or smell, have ordered a Oil pressure sender which I will fit also been advised to check the the oil pressure release valve, before I change the atuall Guage itself, does any of the above sound nearly right or familliar, all comments help and suggestions pleaseeeeeeeeeeee,,

Changing the sender is an easy job and will cure 90% of oil pressure irregularities. I'd definitely do that first.

I doubt its the relief valve as the pressure would not remain constantly high like this especially hot or low RPM frown in my opinion you have a faulty sender unit these can be found here at a very good price http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/4162252.htmprice
