Hi,

I am in the process of setting up a Limited company and was seeking advice re web addresses.

The only web address that is available (Consultancy) will mean using a hyphen in between the 2 names e.g www.****-*****.com.

Does this make a major difference from the point of view of the search engines?

Any advice appreciated.

I hope not !

We've never had a problem getting ours (www.nova-design.co.uk) in the search engines.

I'd avoid a hyphen if possible.

It may also mean there's a similar compnay who have the adress without a hyphen who may get confused with you.
