Just what is the correct oil for a db9, how many litres does it take?

Mobil 1 .....about 10 ltr available from Costco at 29.99 / 5 ltr including VAT

I used to have a membership when I lived in the U.S. and over there you could buy online once you'd signed up. Do you know if you can buy online here too? There website doesn't appear to have a 'login' area.

Rick's invoice tells me 10 litres - JCT invoice tells me 11 litres so I would budget the higher figure.

Furthermore, I believe Castrol Edge do a 0w40 oil that would be suitable for these purposees, regardless of what's in the Manual

I was under the impression Castrol Edge 0W 40 is THE recommended oil. Nielsen do a reasonable deal.

where abouts in Lancashire do you live .....i work in Bootle so if your ever in the area then im happy to pick a couple up for you from Costco......i shop there every week ......and no I dont think they have an online shop in the UK

TBH my Manual says Mobil 1 but I believe either will do.

Castrol Edge is the recommended brand for the Vantage at 10w60. Interestingly, it is the same oil recommended for the V12 DB7 ??

Its Edge on the V8 and Mobil on the V12 for some strange reason!

That's very kind of you Michael. I actually live in Rossendale which is a fair trek from Bootle. I think I'll sign up with their branch near the trafford centre and get myself sorted out. Thank you again though, owe you a beer just for the offer :-)
