Did you notice that after 'start' and just before the gun some idiot photographer near the runners moved suddenly and quickly down a tier or two and to shove his camera over the rail?

I wonder if this caused a momentary distraction. Stupid behaviour anyhow and contrary to a video camer operator who retreated from his similar position once they were in the blocks.
