Had one with mine. Saved me twice where a can of gunk wouldn't have gotten me home. PITA to put a full-size 18" alloy in the boot though, as the boot floor is raised to allow for the SS spare lying underneath.
As above.It was a space saver and foam false floor that cam as a free optional extra. I dont really understand why people did not go for it then keep it at home or use for long trips(if they had the space).
As said above, it was originally standard fitment up to approx Feb 2006 then was replaced with the tyre foam & the space saver was an option from then on. I have one in my RS, the goo is rubbish!
