Did you notice if it was an S or a cooking 997?
Probably 'only' a cooking one as there was a 996 Turbo along shortly after and it looked way more aggresive!
Funny thing though on the way home another two of 'em!!
Either they're going to be the Ford Escort of the South East of the boys at AFN are working overtime!

Dark grey 997 spotted on the M40 - quad pipes and the badge on the back was too short for Carrera/ CarreraS. Also had an odd back bumper - no front plate/ a rear trade plate flapping around furiously. It must have passed me at about 110-130mph approx.
