4k Diesel

Trying to find a good diesel for 4k with a bit of poke
Have quite a long list but narrowed it to a 2004 honda accord exec saloon (140bhp, leather, toys) or 2004 seat leon cupra (150bhp)
Both roughly 3.5 -4k with 110k on the clock
Love vag, but my 130 ibiza had big gearbox issues at 110k causing it to be scrapped, hard to find untouched cupras
Honda has fsh but probably not as fun

Test driving the honda tommorow
Anyone had any experiances of both?

The accord is in a different league to the Leon. Have a look at Volvo s60 d5's they're great too.
