Oh happy days - my GT3 from SCoM arrived today!!!!! Thought I would share some pics, it's going to be an epic bank holiday weekend! Will post some musings once I've got better acquainted.

My very understanding wife took the photos so had a good check at the front when I got home and all is fine thankfully!

SCoM = Specialist Cars of Malton.

Rear sealt belts have been taken out and related items put back to original spec.

And yes that is a 964 in the background - have a couple of Pork bases covered now!

The only one downer for me are those funny `spats` behind the rear wheels. Are those OE factory fitted or were they added later?

SCoM have looked after it since 2009
Really lovely example that is (now the rear belts have been deleted) mint and original.
I think the side things on the rear bumper are OEM as I saw them in the original roadtest I found in an old GT Purely Pork magazine the other day and have seen them on other MK1 GT3s.

Am honestly chuffed to pieces with it! Sometimes when you buy a used car there are little things that nag you and you have to get them sorted. I've been looking inside and out and so far can't find a thing wrong. The prep at SCoM is something else!

I'll stretch her legs over the weekend and ease myself in, but the first proper run will probably be to Classics at the Castle.

Agreed, that was well sharp. There's also the reflection of a 930 whale tail in the side window of the GT3
