1st part of my Sgts exams! Part 2 is in November and needs a 2 day course to figure out how to pass it!!

Good news is we're short in Dorset (sorry Hampshire) and so the job are paying for me to go - more money saved for the light conversion!!

To get promotion inthe police you have to sit a two part exam for the two roles
- Sgt
- Inspector

The first is a written exam - multiple choice
The second is a role play practical


Once done some forces promote you into available roles others (like mine) ask you to apply for roles then interview you
