Spare Key with Meta Alarm button/chip?

I know that the normal key is simply a Vauxhall one. I know that you can buy spare TVR keys that amalgamate the key and alarm fob into a single unit. However, you need to take the chip thingy out of the original fob and transfer it to the new one....

So, my question is - can you purchase integrated key/alarms that do not require the dismantle of your original alarm fob. I'm looking for a spare, not just an upgrade key.
