There's also coverage here apparently: www.audi-liveracing.com

Sad I feel looking down the grid and seeing such a scant crowd watching on!

They gave Audi a bit of a whooping didn't they! Audi didn't seem to have any problems either apart from maybe tyres not lasting as long as they hoped, which is worrying for them!

Someone on Twitter asked this, will Audi win another 6 hour race?

Great win by Toyota. Re Audi's tyres, radio Le Mans where saying that they may question using the hybrid system via the front wheels. Perhaps they may go down the Toyota route with boosting the rears?

Unlikely as they are using the fact that they are powering all four wheels to use the Quattro monicker.

Yup it seems more of a marketing decision to drive the front wheels with the KERS. The whole car/engine package is designed around the current system, they will have to wait till 2014 before they can change that really. Toyota tested with the hybrid powering the front axle and the rear axle and came to their decision, which you have to say looks the correct one!

So happy for Toyota to take the win. Now all they need to do is multiply those hours by four next year and they will win the big one smile

Provided they can avoid driving in to other cars...
