Spotlight in Surrey?

Just curious, noticed a pretty big spotlight from somewhere around Surrey in the evenings. Does anybody know what it's coming from? I know the mosque in Morden has two smaller ones, but this one's huge.

Or the large pile of beers accumulating between a couple of drunken men may be a contributing cause....

Harper's night club had one, not sure if its still on the roof or not. Not sure what the club is called now either, but its in Guildford town on Bridge Street

Club in Kingston used to have one of those strobe things.

The only thing Ive ever seen light up over Woking is the chaves and clumsy meth drinkers.

(slightly cynical, I work in a medical center directly next to a rehab (hahaha) facility)

It's called Casino now and they haven't used that spotlight for years. Last time I remember seeing that being used was in 2000!
