I thought it was Lotus that were suing him. Something about a house refurb.

Just goes to show that DB was always a self-serving prick and didn't actually give a damn about Lotus other than for filling his pockets.
He's decided he didn't bleed them enough for cash and wants to finish the job now with a lawsuit.
