Wheels buckling on the new Fiesta.

Anyone experienced this and just how common is it?

worked on a fair few and yea think most of them have been buckled, more so the 16" rim

My OH has one, and has had to have three wheel repairs for buckling. Both front wheels (one repaired twice). Didn't realise it was a common problem!

Are we talking about alloys or normal steels??

Zetec S wheels (Both 5 spoke wheel types ) are bad for getting buckles, crap soft monkey metal being used for wheels is never good!

You can get buckled alloys repaired? I have four 16" MG TF alloys that I was about to take down the scrappy so I'm all ears.
