Campagnolo wheel restoration

Hello.

I am completing a three year restoration of my De-Tomaso Pantera and my Campagnolo wheels although not damaged are a little tired. As they are Magnesium alloy a can't get anyone who will paint them. Any ideas would be appreciated.
