Make sure you turn the lights off in the room and concentrate on the computer screen. Be sure to read the text before you play the video...as you need to know what you're looking out for..Also, have the volume turned up as the narration isn't very loud.

Excellent one StreetCop - I nearly cacked myself. My wife vaguely heard the noise and came to see what it was - I got her to watch it closely with great concentration hehehehe!!

This was posted in GG too.

Never jumped so much in my life, even let out a squeal. Made the other people in my office jump too, and that was just the noise. I think maybe I had it turned up too loud
