Breakdown Cover for Abroad ?

Could anybody reccomend a breakdown company that they have used for a trip to Europe, I would like to do a trip to France and the Alps but also down to Spain, the AA and RAC do these in Zones and this covers both zones which they are not sure about and cant give me a straight answer.

I have been to Germany a few times and just added the cover to my Aa membership, never had to claim but it seemed pretty pain free.

I own a garage and have had a few recovered back to us and the owners never mentioned any issues apart from it taking a few weeks to get the car back.

Unless you have it included with your insurance (worth checking), ADAC every time.

If you don't want to wait that long you'd have to get it fixed over there.

+1 for ADAC, very well regarded by PH and the wider motoring crew. Don't they recover for free on the 'ring as well, or is that rumour?
