Stocks and Share ISA

I have been using tddirectinvesting for a while, it gives access to a few stock exchanges (in usa, europe, uk) but I've found their exchange rate to be bad.

Any good experiences of a Shares ISA provider with good fees and exchange rates?

I use sippdeal and Halifax.

Sippdeal is £9.95 per trade. Halifax is £11.95 I think.

I trade very little - I have a yield portfolio, so I buy stocks and then leave them as I have a 10yr+ horizon.

I used shareprice.co.uk - £9 on iPhone £10 on pc.

Bought sgp.l and made 30p a share in a day. Oh I hope institutions are about to pile in
