Accumate on my T350C. Got 5 of them on various cars, can't recommend them enough.

On the T350 I hard wired a connector to the starter solenoid and earth point. That runs through engine bay to a 2 way connector which hides in the o/s air duct. so no grovelling aroun for the Anderson Connector plug. When not in use the cable just pushes into the air duct completely out of site.

Can't you get an adapter that allows you to charge through the cigar lighter socket?

TV8 i though it would be best to have it on a trickle charger as the car wont be used on a daily basis and think it would be best to keep the power topped up.
