Lower overall fees compared to say a premier account as they give you higher interest, or waive the fees if you keep a certain balance. Otherwise just access to a human being rather than a call centre when you need it.
A while since I had any dealings with them, but I have had clients move to me from them in the past. Expensive and shoddy about sums up my recollection.
