After many years of 'specialist' insurance companies, went to Direct Line when I bought the Cerb, found them to be the cheapest (for me). Tescos was just £40 more than DL (both owned by the same company, use the same quotation software/website layout, go figure <shrug> )

What's the world coming to when 'we' get the cheapest sports car insurance from our local greengrocers?

FYI 30 something (yeah wotever!) professional (wotever again! LOL) in Sussex, car garaged, limited mileage, Cerb 4.5 = £560 (previous insurers wanted £1100 and was paying £750 for my previous Griff)

Anybody with Tesco Direct(Line ) enquired about track day cover? Havent read my policy fully yet(does anyone read them until they have a problem?) but I am assuming they dont cover for track days as the norm, but wonder if they have a track day option/additional payment?

I suppose I could phone them myself, but that would mean 10 mins when I could have been blatting the Cerb about

Am insured with Tesco -- depending on when you took the policy you are not excluded from track days -- I renewed in June and the new policy specifically excludes track days, in the same way as they do time trial, rallies etc.
