Ford KA reversing light not working

I recently learnt that my reversing lights are not working.Anyone have any ideas what could be at fault?

New or old Ka? Has it got more than one reversing light?

Try a bulb first if not it probably the sensor they a common fault on the old ones

It's a 53 reg early 2004,i actually don't know if it has 1 or 2 tbh!

Coming off the gearbox is the sensor, when mine stopped working the connector off this sensor had come off. Clipped back on and all was good.

KA has one reversing light, found in the passenger rear light.

Do check the bulb hasn't blown first though....or indeed that the bulb holder hasn't fallen out which it is wont to do on our Mondeo.
