Donor Duratec to rebuild or not?

After an engine failure at a recent track day I am looking to replace the current engine with a 40,000 mile donor engine from a mondeo/ focus.

Will be adding different sump, ARP bolts and different cams with an aim of 215 to 220 bhp.

Further to the above would it be recommended to change big end bearings and piston rings or should these be fine for another 10,000 hard miles mostly on circuit?

Would be interested to hear from your own experience and knowledge.
